The Turn is a New York based rock band consisting of two singer/songwriter/guitarists, Brian Ripps and Patrick McDermott. Brian and Pat have been playing music together since they were seven years old, and roughly two years ago decided to form a band around some songs that they had co-written, and some they had written independently. Their first effort "Long Story Short" has 6000 copies in circulation. They just finished their second EP "The December Sessions" and have begun playing out in support of its release.
